K R Smith, an IT Specialist and writer living in the Washington, D.C. area, is constantly frustrated by his inability to get any meaningful programming code to rhyme and still function properly. While mainly interested in writing short stories of the horror genre, he occasionally delves into poetry, songwriting, and the visual arts.

His latest work (a short story), Christmas Eve, will be included in the Gothic Blue Book VI: A Krampus Carol anthology published by Burial Day Books. It will be available October 31, 2020. In addition, a poem and a story is in the works from Thirteen O'Clock Press. He has also published poetry and many other short stories. BTW, he's been known to hunt for faeryes and trolls in remote woodland settings-although he's not entirely sure what he would do if he caught one.
